Louise Hay Affirmations

Affirmations may be linked to “New Age thinking” but they are far from new. While Louise Hay affirmations have become popular in the last couple decades, she merely simplified them for a new audience. Religions have used chanting and prayer for thousands of years and those are ways of using affirmations. But you don’t need a group of people, a specific building or a specific day of the week to use affirmations and realize their benefits.

Louise Hay is the modern day leader in teaching the use and benefits of positive affirmations. Her very first, self-published book, titled “Heal Your Body” was simply a list of affirmations that people could use to overcome health problems they were having. She followed that booklet up with “You Can Heal Your Life,” which remains a very popular book, even though it was published over 25 years ago. The lessons that Louse Hay teaches are timeless and her style of teaching is so warm and loving that you can’t help but want more.

Three affirmations that have become standard Louise Hay affirmations are:

“Everything I need to know is revealed to me.”
“Everything I need comes to me.”
“All is well in my life.”

Simplicity can convey such beauty. If you just brought these three statements into your mind, your self-talk, and your routine they could bring about dramatic change.

Think about a time when you’ve had anxiety about a problem. You were probably bashing away at a problem, feeling frustrated and overwhelmed and felt like there was no solution to be found. If you took some time, went for a walk and repeated, “everything I need to know is revealed to me,” over and over it would give you many benefits.

Use affirmations daily! And then when you are ready to take your life to the next level to skyrocket your health, wealth, relationships, and mindset, Click Here!

First of all, you’d be giving yourself a much needed break. Repeating something positive has a wonderful meditative quality. You also create “space” in your mind. Solutions, options and ideas come much more easily when they are not competing with hundreds of stressful thoughts.

The more frequently you use Louise Hay affirmations as well as others, the more confident you feel in them. You start to look at them like old friends that always make you feel good. It’s such a wonderful tool to have in your toolbox. You feel the stress creeping in, note it and switch the tape to your old friend telling you that everything is well in your life.

In her books, Louise Hay talks about how affirmations may start out feeling awkward, but that it’s like lifting weights – the more often you do it, the stronger you become. And even if you only use them to quiet a busy and stressed mind so that you can sleep soundly at night, isn’t that worth it?
