Louise Hay is the Queen of modern day affirmations. She is a caring teacher and a wonderful communicator. Here are three of her long-standing affirmations.

Affirmations may be linked to “New Age thinking” but they are far from new. While Louise Hay affirmations have become popular in the last couple decades, she merely simplified them for a new audience. Religions have used chanting and prayer for thousands of years and those are ways of using affirmations. But you don’t need a group of people, a specific building or a specific day of the week to use affirmations and realize their benefits.

Louise Hay is the modern day leader in teaching the use and benefits of positive affirmations. Her very first, self-published book, titled “Heal Your Body” was simply a list of affirmations that people could use to overcome health problems they were having. She followed that booklet up with “You Can Heal Your Life,” which remains a very popular book, even though it was published over 25 years ago. The lessons that Louse Hay teaches are timeless and her style of teaching is so warm and loving that you can’t help but want more.

Three affirmations that have become standard Louise Hay affirmations are:

“Everything I need to know is revealed to me.”
“Everything I need comes to me.”
“All is well in my life.”

Simplicity can convey such beauty. If you just brought these three statements into your mind, your self-talk, and your routine they could bring about dramatic change.

Think about a time when you’ve had anxiety about a problem. You were probably bashing away at a problem, feeling frustrated and overwhelmed and felt like there was no solution to be found. If you took some time, went for a walk and repeated, “everything I need to know is revealed to me,” over and over it would give you many benefits.

Use affirmations daily! And then when you are ready to take your life to the next level to skyrocket your health, wealth, relationships, and mindset, Click Here!

First of all, you’d be giving yourself a much needed break. Repeating something positive has a wonderful meditative quality. You also create “space” in your mind. Solutions, options and ideas come much more easily when they are not competing with hundreds of stressful thoughts.

The more frequently you use Louise Hay affirmations as well as others, the more confident you feel in them. You start to look at them like old friends that always make you feel good. It’s such a wonderful tool to have in your toolbox. You feel the stress creeping in, note it and switch the tape to your old friend telling you that everything is well in your life.

In her books, Louise Hay talks about how affirmations may start out feeling awkward, but that it’s like lifting weights – the more often you do it, the stronger you become. And even if you only use them to quiet a busy and stressed mind so that you can sleep soundly at night, isn’t that worth it?

Affirmations cards are a great way to keep your kids’ affirmations handy for them to use. Making affirmation cards with your kids is fun and has the benefit of allowing your children to customize their messages. Here are four easy steps to a fun, easy and positive project.

Step one. What area or areas of your child’s life do you think they could use support in? What areas are great for positive reinforcement? Just make a stream of thought list. When you have everything written down take a look at the list and get a feel for the topics that you want to create affirmations on. It may be general self-esteem, learning, sharing or a little bit of everything.

Step two. Create affirmations that solve the problems and address the topics you listed in step one. Create positive, present-tense affirmations. Keep the language simple and similar to the words that your child is already comfortable using.

Step three. It’s craft time! Let your kids get creative and have fun with this step. Type the affirmations on your computer and print them out. If the kids are old enough they can cut out the statements and glue them to notecards. Let your kids decorate the cards with stickers, drawings, photos, or anything that makes them smile.

Affirmations are a powerful way to direct your conscious and subconscious mind. Click Here NOW to Learn More About The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind!

Step four. Encourage your kids to use their affirmation cards. Let them pick an affirmation card every morning and have it be their “theme” for the day. Stick them to their mirror, the refrigerator or anywhere else to remind them of their positive statements. Another great idea is to punch holes in a stack of the cards and thread a keyring through them so that your kids can flip through them and read them all.

Kids love to share activities with adults. Having kids read their affirmation cards out loud and talking about them is a great way to practice reading and positive thinking.

Everyone has experienced getting up on the wrong side of the bed. You wake up cranky, stub your toe on the way to the shower, get stuck in traffic, and on it goes. Did you ever stop for a moment and wonder if you could do something to interrupt that pattern?

Everyone has experienced getting up on the wrong side of the bed. You wake up cranky, stub your toe on the way to the shower, get stuck in traffic, and on it goes. One positive affirmation can interrupt that pattern and change the momentum of your day.

Waking up and repeating a positive affirmation to yourself can shift the direction of your thoughts and set a positive pattern for the day. Positive affirmations can be a powerful tool to help you deal with those runaway negative thoughts that may be banging around in your head.

We can only think one thought at a time. If you direct those thoughts, one by one, in a more positive direction, they will pick up steam. You will give your brain a chance to rest from the stress of endless negative inner chatter.

Creating a positive affirmation isn’t a complicated process. Find a positive, present-tense statement that feels good. That’s all it takes! Repeat this statement to yourself and allow yourself to feel really good.

Finding even one positive affirmation that you repeat consistently is a wonderful habit to get into. This positive affirmation can be relied upon like an old friend and can give you a lift just when you need it.

Many people don’t pay much attention to their morning routine, much less their thoughts. The alarm blares and you may immediately start playing the same mental tape. I’m so tired, I have nothing to wear, I need to hurry or I’ll sit in traffic forever…

Making a habit of repeating your favorite positive affirmation as soon as you wake up can shift your focus positively. The thoughts we think are creating our futures, so shifting your thoughts in a positive direction is really important.

Knowing that you want to think more positively is a good first step to making a happier life for yourself. But, if you have thought that doing daily positive affirmations seems like too much work, here are some great tips.

Knowing that you want to think more positively is a good first step to making a happier life for yourself. But, if you have thought that doing daily positive affirmations seems like too much work, here are some great tips.

Tip #1. Counter what you are most worried about. What is stressing you out the most right now? What negative thoughts do you feel like you are replaying over and over? Start with the negative thoughts that are claiming the most space in your mental real estate. You may find it helpful to keep a notepad handy to write down what is worrying you. You want to create your positive affirmations to help you deal with what is bothering you in your life.

Now that you have shed light on what is bothering you the most, create positive affirmations to counter these big stresses. Look to a point in the future where you have solved the problem or have received or achieved your goal. Write your affirmation from that perspective.

Make sure your positive affirmations are made up of positive words and are written in the present-tense. You want to make positive statements that are claiming your desired result now. Also, make sure you modify your affirmations until all the words make you feel good. This isn’t traditional goal-setting where you pound something into your head. Positive affirmations are words that will calm and soothe you, so make sure they feel really good.

Positive Affirmations are more powerful when coupled with visualizations. Click Here to download a free “blueprint” on how to do this with ease!

Tip #2. Use positive affirmations in advance of events. You can help get yourself though tough parts of your schedule by repeating affirmations ahead of time. Do you have a long commute? Repeat, “I enjoy my commute for the alone time it provides.” Find a positive affirmation that gives you relief. If you have to do your commute, take the time to fill your mind with positive thoughts. Are you heading into a big meeting? Repeat, “I enjoy meeting new people.”

Much of the benefit of using daily positive affirmations is that it gives you relief from the negative chatter that may be running rampant in your mind. Stop the negative thoughts and intentionally replace them with positive affirmations. Allow these affirmations to feel good and to give yourself some space to let solutions and ideas pop into your mind.

Tip #3. Start and end your day with positive thoughts. Repeat your favorite positive affirmations as soon as you wake up to get your day started off well. Also, instead of replaying scenes of your day that may keep you up at night, repeat a positive affirmation to help you drift off quietly into a restful night’s sleep.

Practicing daily positive affirmations can shift your focus now, while paving the way to a more positive future. You don’t have to be a mental Jedi-master to use them. Find positive statements that make you feel really good and you are on your way.

There are many great affirmation cards on the market, but making your own has the benefit of allowing you to customize your messages. Here are four easy steps to a fun, easy and positive project.

Affirmations cards are a wonderful way to display affirmations. You are more likely to get in the habit of using positive affirmations if the statements that ring true to you are easily accessible. There are many great affirmation cards on the market, but making your own has the benefit of allowing you to customize your messages. Here are four easy steps to a fun, easy and positive project.

Step one. What area or areas of your life would you like to improve? What is stressing you out right now? Just make a stream of thought list. Keep asking yourself what’s bothering you until you run out of ideas. When you have everything written down take a look at the list and get a feel for the topics that you want to work on. It may be work, health, money or a little bit of everything. You want to create affirmation cards to help you deal with what is bothering you.

Step two. Create affirmations that solve the problems you listed in step one. Mentally transport yourself to the future where you have solved all these problems and have received or attained all you want. What statements would you make then? Create a positive, present-tense affirmation. Revise each affirmation until all the words are positive and they feel good to you when you repeat them.

Step three. It’s craft time! Let yourself have fun with this step. Buy notecards and write your positive affirmations on each card. Decorate the cards with stickers, sketches, photos, images you cut out from magazines or anything that makes you smile. You now have custom affirmation cards!

Step four. Use your affirmation cards. Pull a card every morning and repeat it throughout your day. Stick them to your mirror, computer screen or anywhere else to remind you of the positive direction you want your life to take. The important part is to practice repeating your affirmations frequently. Really let them sink in and allow yourself feel good.

Want to turbo charge your affirmations? Download 3 free mp3s by clicking Here NOW!

The process of using affirmations isn’t like traditional goal setting where you may try to bang something into your head. Affirmations are about choosing positive thoughts and thus paving a positive path for your future. Affirmation cards are a great way to keep these positive thoughts right at hand.

The positive effects of repeating affirmations can be felt immediately and go a long ways to creating the life you want. Here are four easy steps you can take to create your own affirmations list.

Long before the movie, “The Secret” came out, people used affirmations. Chanting and positive prayer are forms of affirmations that have been around for centuries. The positive effects of repeating an affirmations list can be felt immediately and go a long ways to creating the life you want. Here are four easy steps you can take to create your own affirmations list.

Step one. What area or areas of your life would you like to improve? Get out a sheet of paper and write these headings across the top: finances, relationships, physical, and spiritual. Below these headings write down problems you are having, goals you have and any desires related to those categories. You want your affirmations list to help you with areas of your life that are causing you stress.

Step two. Now mentally transport yourself to a point in the future where you have solved all these problems and have received or attained all you want. What statements would you make now? Look at each item on your list from step one and create a positive, present-tense statement. Act as if you have already gotten to your finish line and write down statements from that perspective.

Step three. Transfer all these new statements to a new sheet of paper and give yourself some room to make revisions. These statements will become your affirmations list. Review each affirmation and make sure that all words are positive. For example, if you wrote down that you had lost 25 pounds, revise that to say, “I maintain a healthy weight of 150 pounds.” Also add or change any words to make the affirmation feel really good when you repeat it to yourself. If it feels better to say, “I easily maintain my weight and support myself with healthy decisions,” change your affirmation. This isn’t about pounding a goal into your head, it’s about feeling good.

Take your affirmations list to the next level by using a little known technique called “Upward Bound Thinking.” Click here NOW to learn how!

Step four. When you feel really good about your final affirmations list, it’s time to begin using them! Write the ones that grab your attention on sticky notes and place them on your mirror. Record a series of your affirmations in your computer’s screen saver so they pop up and make you smile. Save them as voice notes. Record yourself saying them and play that when you go for walks or exercise. Repeat them out loud while driving. Mail yourself a letter with them listed and a note of encouragement. The important part is to practice repeating your affirmations list frequently and to let each affirmation sink in and make you feel really good.

There is hardly a topic that is more charged with emotion than money and wealth. But your current beliefs could be limiting your ability to reach your financial goals. Maybe it's time to take a look at your beliefs...

Wealth affirmations can help you deal with a popular source of stress. Wealth and money are an incredible source of joy, pain, anxiety and about every other emotion available. There is hardly another topic that you can delve into that is charged with more emotion, and often, baggage.

As a child you learned very strong lessons about money. You maybe learned that money doesn’t grow on trees, that only hard-working people deserve money, that rich people must be thieves and on and on.

You didn’t know there were other attitudes towards money to choose. Your parents were doing the best they could, with all they had learned about money. It’s a tough cycle to break, even if you do see it’s limitations. This is where creating positive wealth affirmations is so important.

As an adult you learn your own lessons about money – some good and some bad. You also create your own goals about how much money you’d like to have and how you’d like to earn or receive it. Wealth affirmations allow you to create statements that you desire to program into your mind.

If events don’t seem to be working out in your life regarding money, there are many areas of your life that may need a little poking at before you can get unstuck and move forward.

Have you ever sat down and really thought about what your underlying attitudes and beliefs about money are? What does money represent to you? What do you think when you see someone driving a fancy new car?

You’ll wish you had learned this hidden secret to unending cash flow years ago – Click Here NOW for the FREE report!

If you sneer or make a negative comment to yourself about the person driving, what message are you sending yourself? Your sub-conscious mind is not judgmental – it merely records. If only nasty people drive fancy new cars, do you think your mind is going to find ways to bring that car (or the ability to afford that car) into your life? Not unless you are also hoping and dreaming of being a nasty person.

The contradiction can be sneaky. It is worthwhile to take a look within yourself to uncover any of these negative beliefs, because they are limiting your life. Make a list and write, “When I was a kid I learned that money was . . .” and then free-flow write whatever comes to mind.

You may write that money was scarce, money was fun to have, money was to be saved for a rainy day – just write until you run out of old beliefs. Then take a look at that list and without judgment see the themes. Now, counter those themes and come up with new, positive beliefs. Create positive wealth affirmations to support your new beliefs.

“Money is hard to come by and there is never enough,” may be a theme. Turn that into, “Money is abundant. I enjoy attracting it in new and fun ways.” Wealth affirmations are useful and powerful in getting rid of old money beliefs and re-programming your mind in a new, positive, wealthy way!

Every thought you think is really an affirmation. Your sub-conscious does not make any judgments. It is like a tape recorder - what you say is taken as truth. Making positive affirmations intentionally can absolutely turn your life around.

It makes sense to put effort into making positive affirmations. Every thought you think is really an affirmation. Your sub-conscious does not make any judgments. It is like a tape recorder – what you say is taken as truth. So whether you are mentally beating yourself up for eating that second cookie or you are congratulating yourself for going for a walk after dinner, you are making affirmations.

Too often our self-talk criticizes endlessly. From the moment you open your eyes in the morning, this self-talk can point out that you are tired, that you have bags under your eyes, that you need to get to the gym, that you should stop eating bagels, that your commute is always bad, that the boss is overbearing, and on and on. With each of those thoughts you are affirming them and you are asking for more experiences that are similar.

Would you ever speak those words out loud to another person? Never. But we generously hand it out to ourselves. We put ourselves through daily emotional floggings and it’s critical that it is stopped. Your future, the very essence of your life depends on it.

Positive affirmations stop negative self-talk immediately. You can have a swirling storm going on in your head, but if you start repeating, “I am safe. All life loves and supports me.” you can give yourself some relief. Repeating positive affirmations stops the negative chatter and gives you space to take a deep breath and just take a break. Maybe a solution will pop into your head or maybe you just create enough calm to get a good night’s sleep.

Positive Affirmations automatically engage the Law of Attraction. Click here for direct answers on the LOA. No filler. No fluff.

When you are new to practicing positive affirmations they can feel awkward. You may feel silly or like you aren’t being realistic and ‘facing reality’. Notice those thoughts but just let them pass by you like an image on a screen.

Affirm to yourself that you are making positive changes and allow yourself to feel good. Laugh at yourself a little. Do whatever you need to just lighten up. Take some deep breaths and smile. Listen to your favorite album and dance in the kitchen. You are incredible and you are powerful. It’s time to step back into that knowing.

Be consistent with your positive affirmations. Like any new skill, they take a little practice. Say them out loud, repeat them in your head, write them down, create screen-savers on your computer. Do whatever feels really good, but just keep doing them!

When you use your positive affirmations, congratulate yourself. Let yourself feel good about each and every victory – big and small. If you make it through your commute and are smiling, celebrate in your mind. Because when you start taking control of your response to the little things, you realize you can handle the big things.

Positive self-esteem is the best gift you can give yourself, as well as the best gift you can nurture in others and self esteem affirmations are really important. Life is complicated and can seem just plain hard at times. Without a solid positive image of yourself its easy to get lost at sea, paddling with no direction and hoping to bump into an island.

Think about your school days. The bullying and name calling were obvious, painful and awful. If you were like most, you tried to please people in order to get praise and tried to avoid the bullies on the playground and in the hallways.

As adults the bullying and name calling didn’t go away, it has just evolved. Hostile managers and gossipy neighbors really aren’t that much different from the bullies and backstabbers that we thought we’d get to leave behind in school. Self esteem affirmations can help with all these issues that pop up in life.

Without positive self-esteem you actually listen to these people. You take their nastiness to heart. You feel hurt, sad and alone. You constantly try to win affection, compromise and over-achieve. It’s exhausting, dissatisfying and weakening.

You are incredible. You have a unique spark in you that is important to this world right here and now. You came here to do incredible things. And finding and supporting your most positive self-esteem is the best activity you can do for yourself.

Self esteem affirmations are wonderful. They boost the very core of you and remind you of the incredible power that you have within you.

Click Here NOW for a free mp3 that will help you develop confidence, self belief and self esteem naturally!

The best self esteem affirmations are very personal. Do you feel a bit unstable, fearful and anxious? Affirming, “I am safe. All of life loves and supports me.” may be just what you need. Modify it to feel best for you and repeat it with warmth and love to yourself.

Write your self esteem affirmations on sticky notes and post them to your mirror, computer, refrigerator and anywhere else you can think of for wonderful positive reminders. The more often you repeat your affirmations, the more you believe in them. Your self-esteem grows and your inner strength can better support you.

You will soon find it easier to stand up for yourself to that nasty manager. You won’t get drawn into your neighbor’s drama. You will start doing more and more to support and nurture yourself. Using positive self esteem affirmations can help develop an unshakeable self-esteem. This is incredibly healthy and a powerful tool for today’s fast-paced world.

When trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy self-image, positive affirmations can be really useful and powerful.

Positive weight affirmations can help us deal with all the diet fads, diet foods, and media reports that all play into our natural obsession with weight. Hardly a single person escapes the worry and stress surrounding their self image. You may be a naturally positive person but the minute you think you may have gained a pound the self-talk becomes a sabotage.

Positive weight affirmations around this topic can be incredibly helpful. Eating healthfully and exercising are obviously important, but when combined with affirmations they pack a powerful punch.

Whenever you notice that you are mentally berating yourself, stop! Your power is right now, forgive yourself for eating that donut and move on. Say, “I make healthful choices for myself.” When you do make a healthful choice for yourself, congratulate yourself. Really make a big deal in your mind about taking positive action. Positive weight affirmations and positive reinforcement are important in reprogramming your mind.

Some wonderful positive weight affirmations regarding are:

I love and approve of myself.
I am at peace with my feelings.
I am safe where I am.
I create my own security.
I love and appreciate myself.
I support myself with love.

How do you feel about yourself in general? Work on supporting your core self-esteem and taking positive action. Choose to get to know yourself and your body so that you learn how to make decisions that are right for you. Create your own weight affirmations to help support your wonderful self!

Discover a tasty little dish to eat late at night that boosts the most powerful fat loss hormone in your body!

If you find yourself saying, “Oh, I’ve always been heavy” or “My whole family is heavy,” find ways to swap those thoughts. Create your own new weight affirmations such as, “I am at the perfect healthy weight now” or “I enjoy supporting my life in new healthy ways.”

You have the ability to create new beliefs for yourself. How do you want to feel? Support yourself on your journey and be gentle with yourself. Each and every positive thought you think and action you take is important. Could you choose to find one new healthy recipe to make each week? Could you let yourself enjoy taking a walk while repeating some of your new favorite weight affirmations?

Love yourself and support yourself in every way possible. You are wonderful! Treat yourself as the incredible person that you are. Banish the negative self-talk and guilt – it just keeps you stuck and does absolutely no good.
